Business Analyst

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical/development teams.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Understand business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications.
• Coordinate with product, technology, operations, and other relevant teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support solution design by providing business and functional insights.
• Review proposed solutions to ensure they align with business requirements.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, test cases, validation, and issue tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong experience in business requirements gathering and analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Strong understanding of business processes and software development/project lifecycles.
• Experience working closely with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience with UAT, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar business analysis/project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is an added advantage.
• Experience working on real estate platforms, property management systems, CRM, ERP, or related business applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of process modelling and tools such as BPMN, flowcharts, and UML.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications (to be discussed during the interview process).
• Additional benefits to be discussed during the interview process.
• Pay: AED 5,000.00 - AED 9,000.00 per month.
