Directs and generates business opportunities for a major program, product line, or market segment within a division.
Works with business teams and customers to promote company technologies, products, and services and identify additional markets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and sales performance reviews to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Identify new opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential customers to expand market presence.
- Develop and execute business development strategies across Europe and the Middle East.
- Set objectives, monitor performance, and recommend strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders; collaborate across teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Lead commercial proposals, contracts, and negotiation strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, or program management; aerospace experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of senior-level program management experience or direct aerospace marketing experience with established industry contacts.
- Strong aerospace industry knowledge, including airline, military, and OEM customers.
- Experience in business development, strategic planning, contract negotiations, and proposal development.
- Understanding of international markets, procurement processes, and relevant industry regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strategic partnerships and collaborate across divisions and functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
