Budget Head – Emiratisation
We are seeking an experienced Emirati finance professional to lead budgeting, financial reporting, financial controls, and overall finance operations for a well-established semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi.
This is a leadership role suited to someone with strong commercial awareness, hands-on finance expertise, and the ability to drive financial discipline within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting activities across the business
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow monitoring
- Support audit processes and regulatory reporting requirements
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Lead and mentor finance team members
Requirements
- Emirati
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- ACCA or CPA qualification preferred
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in budgeting, reporting, and finance operations
- Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

AED 40,000 per month
