Manager / Expert – Budgeting & Reporting (F&A)
We are looking for an experienced
Manager – Budgeting & Reporting
to lead financial planning, costing, and corporate reporting activities.
The role will support business performance through accurate budgeting, insightful analysis, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
- Consolidate budgets across business units and track performance
- Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actual) and provide insights
- Develop and manage costing models (project / product / departmental)
- Analyze cost drivers and identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate reports
- Develop MIS reports and dashboards for senior management
- Support board and executive-level reporting
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reporting governance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification (CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA preferred)
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in budgeting, costing, and reporting
- Strong experience in corporate / group reporting
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI)
