Guest service duties
- Welcome customers, present menus, and explain dishes, ingredients, and specials.
- Take and relay food and beverage orders, serve promptly, and check guest satisfaction.
- Address guest concerns professionally and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
- Set tables, clear them, and keep the dining area clean.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and handling standards.
Candidate requirements
- Previous waiter, waitress, or customer-service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and teamwork.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
