Your Mission

Your Main Tasks

• Responsible for the efficient functioning of the master control room
• Handle the technical aspects of live broadcasts, including signal routing, audio/video synchronization, graphics integration
• Oversee the ingest process, which involves capturing and recording content from various sources
• Contribute to the operations related to Video on Demand services
• Operate the studio facilities for small productions, which could involve setting up cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other necessary tools

Your Profile

• To be successful at this position, we think you should to have:
• Completed media training (e.g., media designer image/sound, event technician), studies in media engineering or comparable professional experience in television and radio technology
• Experience and passion in technology and studio production, as well as with studio equipment, production systems and streaming systems
• In-depth knowledge and experience with NLE systems, technical quality control and assurance, correction of file-based video files
• Strong teamwork and communication skills and ability to work on your own initiative
• Anticipatory and solution-oriented action, also in stressful situations of live operation, as well as good English language skills

Working Schedule

• Shifts including nights, weekends and on public holidays
• Flexibility is a must, with an 'on-call' mentality for those breaking news stories or emergency situations
