Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Brand Partnerships Manager to join our Dubai office. This role is pivotal in building and managing partnerships with premium and luxury kids’ fashion brands, ensuring smooth onboarding onto the Juniors Luxe e-commerce platform, and driving brand growth and visibility online. The ideal candidate combines relationship management expertise with a strong understanding of luxury retail and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with premium and luxury kidswear brands for Juniors Luxe.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding of brands onto the e-commerce platform, including catalog setup, product content, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, operations) to ensure seamless brand representation online.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Monitor brand performance on the platform and provide actionable insights to optimize sales and visibility.
• Assist in negotiating commercial agreements, collaborations, and exclusive launches.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging luxury kidswear brands in the UAE and global markets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or luxury retail/e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of luxury and premium kidswear markets is highly desirable.
• Experience onboarding brands on e-commerce platforms, including product catalog management and online merchandising.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Passion for children’s fashion and luxury retail.
