We are seeking a talented and dynamic Brand Partnership Manager to join our team.
The team is responsible to manage and drive its Turkey business.
As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will be Playing a critical role in helping us achieve our revenue growth targets and being innovative in the market.
You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential and crafting and executing a strategy for a designated book of business.
Your expertise and commitment will be instrumental in driving the growth of TikTok in the region, as you collaborate with leading clients and marketeers.
As a member of our Sales team, you will be expected to drive impactful, consultative engagements with all levels of executives, contributing to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing book of business
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Driving sales growth by leading and closing deals with key clients
- Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for the managed portfolio of clients that optimizes sales growth
- Regularly reviewing clients' performance and designing individual sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement
- Gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to inform sales strategy and tactics
- Presenting sales progress and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the improvement of product, process, and client relationships
- Playing an instrumental role in the external narrative of TikTok in the market and staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and technology advancements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, preferably with complex multi-business clients.
- Experience in analyzing data driving conclusions and delivering recommendations.
- Sales or Business Development background and solid knowledge of the Advertising Market.
- Fluency in English and Turkish is essential to the nature of the region and businesses this employee will be managing (Turkish Market).
- Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision-makers (including senior / c-level stakeholders)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital sales is a plus
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
- Strong business and commercial acumen as well as an understanding of different business models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
