We specialize in helping brands scale through strategic marketing and high-impact partnerships.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a results-driven sales leader who can take ownership of revenue growth and strategic brand collaborations.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating leadership role.
You will own the sales process from prospecting to closing, and be directly responsible for growing the agency’s client base and revenue.
The role combines business development, strategic partnerships, and long-term client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business acquisition and secure high-value clients across B2B and B2C segments.
- Identify and develop brand partnership opportunities to expand revenue streams.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Set and achieve ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution post-sale.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
- Mentor and guide any junior sales team members (as the team scales).
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, creative, or advertising agency sales.
- Strong track record of closing high-value, service-based deals and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in developing brand partnerships, strategic alliances, or corporate business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage a full sales cycle independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth agency environment.
