Community & Partnerships Manager
– Nutritious/Packaged Food
Salary : Upto AED 15,000
We're hiring a Partnerships Manager to grow brand reach through strategic collaborations.
Requirements
Min. 3 years' experience in Partnerships/Brand Marketing
🔹 Background in
Packaged Food, Protein Foods (exclusive brands), FMCG, or Health & Wellness
🔹 Community building experience is a strong advantage
Partnerships
- **Build partnerships**
- with gyms, yoga studios, nutritionists, dietitians, corporate wellness programs & health influencers
- Negotiate co-marketing deals, cross-promotions & affiliate arrangements
- Manage retail/distribution partners (health stores, cafes, Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon)
- Explore B2B opportunities (corporate catering, hotel/gym wellness packages)
Marketing Support
- Partner with the marketing team on launches & seasonal campaigns (Ramadan wellness, New Year detox, etc.)
- Track KPIs: engagement, follower growth, partnership-driven sales/leads, retention
- Manage influencer & micro-influencer seeding campaigns
Strategic
- Represent the brand at health & food expos and networking events
- Gather community insights to inform product development (flavor requests, dietary trends – keto, vegan, gluten-free)
