Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (CA/CFA Qualified)

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• **CA/CFA**
• Qualfication preferred.
• 8–12 years of finance experience, with at least
• 2 years in UAE real estate development.

Financial Planning & Reporting

• Prepare weekly cash flow reports and rolling cash flow forecasts for management.
• Deliver monthly MIS reports (P&L and Balance Sheet) for all group entities.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis at entity and group level.
• Build and maintain dashboards for management reporting.
• Prepare board packs, investor reports and business plan projections.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for top management - fund flow, segment and entity-level analysis.

Accounting & Month-End Close

• Issue the monthly closing calendar and coordinate timely month-end close for all entities.
• Manage group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations and IFRS reporting.
• Review the accounting team's work and guide them on treatments and corrections.
• Oversee monthly customer billing, including development management fee invoicing in coordination with the commercial team.
• Monitor accounts receivable with weekly ageing summaries and follow-ups; escalate key issues to management.

Audit, Tax & Compliance

• Coordinate the group statutory audit with external auditors — schedules, queries and follow-through to completion.
• Support UAE Corporate Tax, VAT and Transfer Pricing compliance and documentation.
• Liaise with and onboard tax advisors, auditors, AML consultants and other external experts.

Treasury & Working Capital

• Support liquidity planning, working capital monitoring and intercompany funding and settlements.

Process & Systems

• Document and standardize finance processes and workflows.
• Automate manual reporting and improve MIS dashboards.
• Work across the group's ERP systems for reporting and data extraction.

Team & Stakeholders

• Guide and coordinate the finance and accounting team for smooth reporting and compliance.
• Act as finance business partner to the CFO and senior leadership.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, investors and external consultants.
