About This Role
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead the growth of one of our key brands.
This role is responsible for managing the brand through strong marketing strategy, planning and execution. The Brand Manager supports achievement of brand growth targets by building brand equity, generating consumer demand and ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is able to translate brand strategy into impactful marketing plans, campaigns and product launches.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage brand strategy and annual marketing plan
• Build and execute marketing calendar including campaigns and activations
• Lead marketing initiatives across digital, social media and relevant channels
• Support product launches in coordination with Innovation / NPD teams
• Ensure marketing initiatives contribute to brand growth and demand generation
• Coordinate with Sales and Trade teams to support strong market execution
• Follow up on readiness of products aligned with marketing plans
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve effectiveness
• Manage agencies and external partners to ensure high quality execution
• Manage marketing budget and optimize ROI
• Contribute to the development of additional brands within the same category when required
Requirements
• 5–8 years experience in Brand Management or Marketing
• Preferably experience in FMCG, food, beverage, retail or consumer brands
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and consumer behaviour
• Experience managing marketing campaigns and product launches
• Strong analytical mindset and performance orientation
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
