Rise To The Challenge
Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) Ltd (PMMS) is looking for a CC Brand Marketing Executive to join the team.
As a CC Brand Marketing Executive, you will be part of the CC Portfolio & Brand Marketing team, reporting to the CC Portfolio & Brand Marketing Lead.
CC Brand Marketing Executive role works at a hands‑on, executional and operationallevel, focusing on producing, adapting, and deploying all materials and experiences defined by the Manager.
The role supports brand building, portfolio management, and deployment activities across all GCC markets.
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
- *Adapt & Localize the Toolbox*
- Localize and size master assets into market-ready formats (TPOSM, CE, Trade programs).
- Responsible for end to end DTE activities , toolbox and Calendar
- *Content Production Management*
- Handle day-to-day production, asset resizing, localization, proofreading, versioning, and uploading to repositories.
- *Operational Support for Consumer Experience*
- Support deployment of consumer journeys, activation materials, and market campaigns in collaboration with market Trade executive & sales team.
- Create Deployment Guide book best practices to be shared and reapplied across markets.
*Quality Control & Consistency Checks*
- Ensure correct and consistent application of brand guidelines across all deliverables.
*Vendor & Agency Coordination*
- Coordinate with production agencies to ensure timely delivery of adapted assets.
- *Tracking & Documentation*
- Track campaign results (KPIs) and Maintain content libraries,, and ensure toolboxes are properly archived and accessible.
- Manage and submit all assets through Flowingly, ensuring compliance and traceability.
- *Executional Support to Markets*
- Provide markets with all adapted assets, answer implementation questions, and support on-ground needs
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- + University degree from a relevant discipline
- + 2-3 years in brand management or relevant marketing roles in FMCG company or equivalent.
- + Fluent in English (Spoken & Written), Arabic is plus.
- + Relocation support is not provided for this position, candidate must be currently based in UAE
- + Ability to fluidly collaborate with different functions & diverse stakeholders
- + Strong creative thinking, especially within restrictive categories
- + Good understanding of business results and analytics
- + Experience working with external agencies
- + Hands-on, capable of handling a wide scope of work
