About This Role
Role Description
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and managing brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to strengthen brand positioning, increase market visibility, and support business growth.
This role focuses on brand development, campaign management, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Key responsibilities
- include:
- Developing and executing brand strategies, positioning plans, and marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Managing branding campaigns, product launches, advertising activities, and promotional programs across digital and offline channels
- Monitoring brand KPIs, customer engagement metrics, market performance, and campaign effectiveness indicators
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior evaluations to identify branding opportunities
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, product, creative, and external agency teams on brand-related initiatives
- Managing brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and communication consistency across platforms
- Supporting content strategy, social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and customer engagement activities
- Preparing brand reports, campaign analysis, and strategic recommendations for management review
- Managing marketing budgets, media planning, vendor relationships, and campaign scheduling activities
- Driving process improvement, customer experience enhancement, and brand growth initiatives
- Supporting CRM optimization, customer loyalty programs, and audience segmentation strategies
- Staying updated on market trends, consumer insights, and emerging branding and digital marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, advertising, or customer engagement roles
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, campaign management, and market positioning
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, social media management, and analytics tools
- Excellent creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, or reporting platforms
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and branding initiatives effectively
- Strong customer-focused and growth-oriented mindset
- Experience in FMCG, retail, healthcare, SaaS, e-commerce, hospitality, technology, or consumer brand environments is an advantage
