About HalaPop

HalaPop is a fast-growing prebiotic soda brand building the next big functional beverage

category in the region.

We are a young, ambitious, founder-led CPG startup with strong early

traction, exciting brand collaborations, and a clear mission: to make better-for-you soda feel fun,

cultural, and desirable.

We are looking for someone highly driven, creative, organized, and strategic to help lead our

marketing initiatives as we grow across the UAE and beyond.

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role.

It is a hands-on, fast-moving, high-ownership

position for someone who wants to help build a brand from the inside and grow with it.

Role Overview

We are looking for a

Brand Growth Manager

to support and lead HalaPop’s marketing

initiatives across brand, partnerships, influencers, content, PR, paid media, events, community,

and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate is someone who can think creatively, execute quickly, manage multiple

moving parts, and work closely with the founding team to bring big ideas to life.

You will help

build systems, manage campaigns, coordinate with designers, work on major brand partnerships,

oversee influencer seeding, support paid media planning, and ensure HalaPop shows up

consistently across every consumer touchpoint.

This role requires someone who is both strategic and extremely hands-on.

Brand, Strategy & Campaign Planning

  • Support and lead marketing initiatives across brand, content, partnerships, PR,
  • influencers, paid media, events, and community.
  • Help develop campaign ideas that build brand awareness, consideration, conversion, and
  • long-term retention.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with HalaPop’s brand identity, tone of voice,
  • visual direction, and positioning.
  • Think critically and strategically about how to grow HalaPop as a category-leading
  • prebiotic soda brand in the region.
  • Work closely with the founding team to plan major launches, seasonal campaigns,
  • collaborations, and retail activations.

Partnerships & PR

  • Help plan and execute high-impact partnerships with major brands, retailers, platforms,
  • gyms, cafés, events, and cultural partners.
  • Develop partnership decks, proposals, campaign plans, and recap reports.
  • Coordinate PR campaigns and outreach with relevant media outlets, publications,
  • creators, and brand partners.
  • Support the execution of exciting collaborations with well-known regional and global
  • brands.
  • Identify opportunities that can build brand credibility, visibility, and cultural relevance.

Content, Creative & Design Management

  • Manage content calendars across key platforms.
  • Brief and manage graphic designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, and
  • editors.
  • Ensure strong brand consistency across all creative assets.
  • Develop clear creative briefs for social media, paid ads, PR boxes, events, influencer
  • campaigns, email marketing, and retail materials.
  • Be highly skilled in

Canva

  • and able to create polished decks, visual plans, moodboards,
  • proposals, campaign presentations, and internal documents.
  • Oversee the development of consideration and conversion assets for Meta, TikTok, email,
  • website, and e-commerce platforms.

Influencer Marketing & Community

  • Manage influencer seeding campaigns from planning to execution.
  • Build and maintain large influencer trackers using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Identify and organize influencer lists across different tiers, including micro, mid-tier,
  • macro, and niche creators.
  • Coordinate gifting, follow-ups, content tracking, posting status, and campaign reporting.
  • Help build and manage the HalaPop community across social media and offline
  • activations.
  • Track influencer performance, content quality, engagement, and conversion potential.

Paid Media, Performance & Analytics

  • Work with the paid media and analytics teams to develop campaign plans for Meta,
  • TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Help plan creative assets for awareness, consideration, conversion, and retargeting
  • campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics including ROAS, retention, conversion, engagement, reach,
  • impressions, traffic, and sales-related KPIs.
  • Build systems to monitor marketing performance across campaigns, influencers,
  • partnerships, events, email, and website.
  • Develop master trackers, dashboards, reports, and recap documents to ensure everything
  • is measured clearly.
  • Support website optimization and email marketing initiatives.

Events, Activations & Operations

  • Plan and manage events, pop-ups, samplings, brand activations, influencer gatherings,
  • and partnership launches.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for production, promotional items, merchandise, event
  • materials, packaging, and branded assets.
  • Manage logistics, timelines, budgets, vendors, and on-ground execution.
  • Be available to support occasional weekend events, activations, and brand moments.
  • Help ensure every event feels organized, premium, on-brand, and commercially valuable.

Project Management & Systems

  • Use tools such as

Asana

for content calendars and

ClickUp

  • for task management.
  • Build and maintain master trackers for influencer campaigns, PR outreach, content plans,
  • partnerships, paid media assets, event logistics, and reporting.
  • Keep internal teams aligned on deadlines, deliverables, ownership, and campaign status.
  • Create systems that help the team move faster, stay organized, and track everything
  • properly.

Requirements

  • **3–5 years of experience**
  • in marketing, brand management, growth marketing, PR,
  • influencer marketing, social media, or a related field.
  • Experience in CPG, F&B, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, startups, or consumer brands is
  • strongly preferred.
  • Excellent Canva skills, especially for decks, proposals, moodboards, reports, and brand
  • presentations.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, especially for trackers, influencer lists, campaign
  • dashboards, and reporting.
  • Experience managing content calendars, creative briefs, designers, and campaign
  • execution.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, PR, brand partnerships, and community
  • building.
  • Familiarity with Meta and TikTok paid media campaigns, including creative planning for
  • consideration and conversion.
  • Experience with Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong strategic judgment.
  • Highly motivated, committed, proactive, and comfortable working closely with founders.
  • Willingness to attend frequent meetings and support occasional weekend events or
  • activations.

Working Style

require up to five in-person/team meetings, and occasional weekend support may be needed for
