Overview
Bodytree is one of Abu Dhabi’s leading wellness and movement brands, known for its premium studio experience, strong community, and long-standing presence in the UAE market.
As the business enters its next phase of expansion, we are looking for a next-generation Brand & Growth Manager to help evolve the brand, customer experience, and growth strategy across the business.
This is not a traditional corporate marketing role.
We are looking for someone commercially minded, aesthetically strong, highly adaptable, and genuinely excited about modern marketing, AI, digital culture, and premium consumer brands.
Role Overview
The Brand & Growth Manager will be responsible for driving brand positioning, customer growth, campaign performance, and overall marketing direction across the business.
The role combines brand, social, growth, paid ads, creative direction, and modern AI-supported marketing workflows in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive marketing strategy and campaign planning across the business
- Support lead generation, conversion, retention, and occupancy-driving initiatives
- Ensure strong and consistent premium brand positioning across all touchpoints
- Own campaign concepts, messaging, rollout planning, and marketing coordination
- Develop creative campaign ideas and direct the in-house content creator for photo/video execution
- Create graphic design and marketing assets where required
- Manage paid advertising campaigns and performance tracking
- Analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
- Explore and implement AI-supported marketing, creative, and automation workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Ideal Profile
- Commercially minded with strong growth instincts
- Strong understanding of premium/lifestyle branding and consumer behaviour
- Highly tech-savvy and genuinely interested in AI and digital trends
- Fast-moving, adaptable, and hands-on
- Strong strategic thinking combined with execution capability
- Hungry, ambitious, and excited about building something long-term

Must-Have Skills
- Experience with paid ads and campaign management
- Strong understanding of brand, growth, and digital marketing strategy
- Commercial awareness and analytical thinking
- Ability to brief and coordinate creative/content production
- Familiarity with AI-supported marketing, automation, and creative workflows
- Experience with AI-supported image/video generation tools
- Graphic design capability (Canva, Adobe, Figma or similar)
