- We are looking for someone who can help strengthen market presence, support external engagement, coordinate strategic initiatives, and contribute to meaningful organizational growth within a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
- The role will involve:
- Supporting partnerships, outreach initiatives, and external stakeholder coordination
- Managing follow-ups, relationship tracking, CRM updates, and pipeline visibility
- Assisting with presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and strategic communications
- Supporting conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and institutional meetings
- Coordinating LinkedIn updates, brand materials, and external communication efforts
- Conducting market research and identifying partnership opportunities
- Working closely with leadership on growth initiatives, external affairs, and strategic projects
- Maintaining organized reporting, structured communication, and disciplined follow-through
Work Environment
This role may require in-person meetings, external partner visits, event attendance, occasional evening or weekend coordination, and travel within the UAE for conferences, institutional meetings, site visits, or strategic relationship-building activities.
