Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Branch Supervisor cum Assistant Branch Manager for our automotive service branch in Ajman. Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle inquiries effectively
- Drive sales, identify opportunities, and achieve monthly targets
- Manage daily branch operations (service, admin, and sales)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe workplace
- Supervise, train, and monitor staff performance

Requirements:
- Experience in automotive service and branch operations (Mandatory )
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Candidates with own visa preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
