We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Branch Manager** to lead our supermarket operations and ensure business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall branch operations and daily activities
- Manage staff, scheduling, and team performance
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability
- Maintain inventory control, stock availability, and shrinkage management
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards
- Handle customer issues and ensure quick resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in supermarket or retail management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of inventory, sales, and operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
