Overview
- ***Key Responsibilities:***
- Ability to manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently and effectively.
- Manage production, planning, and forecasting to meet project timelines.
- Ensure quality control, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Supervise multi-department teams and manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports to senior management.
- Monitor and review cost reports, implementing cost control measures.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and take corrective actions.
- Maintain strong customer relations and client coordination.
- ***Requirements:***
- 10–8 years of experience in the precast concrete or construction materials industry(mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing operations(mandatory).
- Strong hands-on experience in production management, planning, and forecasting.
- Proven track record in quality control, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities to handle multi-department operations.
- Skilled in preparing and reviewing cost reports and ensuring cost control measures.
- Strong analytical skills to identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Experience in customer relations and maintaining strong client coordination.
- Knowledge of HSE standards, ISO procedures, and QA/QC systems within the precast industry.
- Financial background is an added advantage.
