Role overview

Sales and boutique growth

• Develop sales plans to achieve and exceed high jewelry targets across MENA.
• Use an existing UHNW client network to grow revenue and the boutique’s presence in the luxury market.
• Coordinate assortment planning and stock development with retail teams.
• Create an exceptional high jewelry experience in the boutique.

Client relationships

• Cultivate VVIP relationships through bespoke experiences, private venues, and exclusive events.
• Personalize service by understanding client lifestyles, preferences, and desires.
• Maintain detailed client records covering preferences, purchases, and milestones.

Team and market leadership

• Recruit, build, and lead a high jewelry team; train and coach on product knowledge, sales, and client engagement.
• Maintain exceptional boutique presentation standards.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences; provide insights to regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in high jewelry or ultra-luxury retail, with a proven record in sales, clienteling, and boutique management.
• An established UAE UHNW client book and a record of cultivating and growing high-value relationships.
• Consistent success exceeding sales targets in a high jewelry or ultra-luxury environment.
• Deep UHNW client experience, discretion, and ability to lead a boutique team to high standards.
• Extensive knowledge of precious gemstones, rare materials, and high jewelry craftsmanship.
• Experience with a heritage jewelry house or established high jewelry maison is essential.
• Refined communication, personal presence, and cultural fluency across Abu Dhabi’s luxury clientele.
• Candidates must already be based in the UAE; relocation is not provided.
