Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening through selection and onboarding.
- Source blue-collar candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, databases, and walk-in interviews.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, availability, and job requirements, including for mason and steel fixer roles.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical or operational assessments where required.
- Maintain a qualified candidate pipeline and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Verify candidate documents, qualifications, experience, and references.
- Coordinate medical examinations, background checks, visa processing, and other pre-employment requirements where applicable.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports; follow up with candidates through recruitment and onboarding.
- Comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations, and meet agreed recruitment targets and timelines.
- Build relationships with manpower suppliers, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing partners.
- Support bulk hiring and mass recruitment campaigns when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Blue-collar technical experience is required.
- The role screens international blue-collar candidates, including masons and steel fixers.
