Experience and BIM qualifications

• High-level skill and experience in Revit MEPF and other building services are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate technical and management aspects of multidisciplinary projects.
• Support the MEP department on Revit design and technical issues.

• Set up projects to meet CAD/BIM standards and establish documented processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Initiate project models, prepare them for production, and distribute model work among team members.
• Monitor standards and model size, and manage interoperability between BIM and design or engineering tools.
• Ensure COBie or similar information deliverables.
• Review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and coordination with project requirements.
