BIM Engineer
Role Overview
The BIM Engineer is responsible for in-house development of detailed and accurate BIM models and shop-drawings using Revit BIM software.
The role collaborates closely with project design consultants and subcontractors to ensure all drawings meet project IFC drawings and specifications.

About the Role
The BIM Engineer is responsible for in-house development of detailed and accurate BIM models and shop-drawings using Revit BIM software.
The role collaborates closely with project design consultants and subcontractors to ensure all drawings meet project IFC drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and create detailed BIM models up to LOD400 and LOD500.
- Create detailed shop-drawings.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient drawing production.
- Ensure all shop-drawings comply with project requirements, specifications and local building codes.
- Coordinate all disciplines, conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM models.
- Set up Revit projects and manage worksets/models in accordance with company standards.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in BIM technology and software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of related architecture experience.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with BIM360.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Experience working on projects from the MEA region.
