About the organization

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models to project specifications, design requirements, and modeling standards.
• Prepare and review coordinated 3D models, technical drawings, schedules, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams; identify clashes and help resolve modeling issues.
• Support clash detection, model validation, quality assurance, BIM execution plans, and information management procedures.
• Extract model quantities, schedules, and data for design reviews, planning, and cost-related activities where needed.
• Maintain revisions and document-control records, communicate design changes, and report progress in virtual meetings.
• Support BIM standards and digital workflow improvements; organize accurate deliverables on approved project platforms.

Requirements and qualifications

• Practical experience with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, or comparable tools.
• Understanding of BIM, 3D modeling, clash detection, drawing coordination, and model-based documentation.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, design specifications, and engineering information.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills for remote multidisciplinary collaboration.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, common data environments, and ISO 19650 principles is an advantage.
• Professional certifications are not required.
