BIM Coordinator and Revit Modeler role focused on mechanical and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update coordinated MEP and BMS models using Revit and relevant BIM tools.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues with other disciplines.
- Produce model-based shop drawings, layouts, and schedules.
- Maintain model accuracy and revisions according to project BIM requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field such as MEP, BMS, or electromechanical work.
- UAE experience is preferred.
