Role overview

Senior Technical Product Manager accountable for strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and performance of technical capabilities supporting Quebec store and pharmacy operations.

Works with technology and pharmacy business colleagues to deliver supportable, sustainable solutions using Waterfall or Agile project methods.

The role engages store associates and colleagues in French and develops sufficient Kroll fluency to understand workflows, integrations, roles, configurations, and production issues.

What you’ll do

  • Lead discovery with frontline and support teams; observe work before proposing solutions.
  • Set outcome-based product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer value, operational priorities, regulation, privacy, security, and enterprise architecture.
  • Translate workflows into user journeys, process maps, stories, acceptance criteria, data and non-functional requirements, and success indicators.
  • Own evidence-based backlog prioritization and partner with technical, business, clinical, operational, and vendor stakeholders.
  • Understand Kroll workflows and integrations; coordinate release readiness, communications, training, rollout, handoff, monitoring, and learning in French and English as needed.
  • Triage production issues, document reproducible evidence and impact, and measure adoption and outcomes to improve the product.
  • Mentor product peers and improve shared product practices.
  • Manage project planning, financials, communications, stakeholders, risks, issues, and scope.

What you bring

  • Senior product management experience with complex enterprise, retail, healthcare, or operational software.
  • Professional spoken and written French for Quebec store interaction, facilitation, issue triage, and change communication.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, data flows, identity and access, environments, logging, monitoring, defect reproduction, and release management.
  • Ability to work with frontline users, resolve ambiguity, and manage stakeholder trade-offs.
  • Awareness of privacy, security, auditability, least-privilege access, and sensitive information handling.
  • Degree or equivalent practical experience in product management, technology, business, healthcare, engineering, or a related field.

Additional experience

  • Experience with Kroll or another pharmacy management system, pharmacy operations, adjudication or claims workflows, or store technology is relevant.
  • Experience supporting bilingual products, Quebec users, vendors, or regulated operational environments is relevant.

Benefits

  • Benefits include a work perks program, tuition reimbursement and online learning, pension and benefits, and paid vacation.

Compensation

  • Hiring range is CAD 100,000–132,000 per year.
