Position Summary

Core Duties

• Review, analyze, and make decisions on credit applications.
• Speak with dealers when additional information is needed or applications are declined or conditioned.
• Investigate applications by pulling bureaus, verifying fraud alerts, and contacting banks and credit institutions.
• Enter data for new and rehashed applications within a two-hour turnaround time when required.
• Review contracts on hold in discounting.
• Handle incoming and outbound dealer calls using a call-center telephone system.

Minimum Qualifications

• Have 1–3 years of retail or consumer credit experience.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with dealers, coworkers, managers, and other departments.
• Demonstrate interpersonal, complex problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Be available for flexible shifts, including Saturdays, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST.
• Be proficient with MS applications.
• Have written and spoken French and English fluency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Auto lending experience is an asset.
• A university or college degree is preferred.
• Financial statement understanding and analysis is preferred.

Schedule and Work Arrangement

• The schedule is full-time.
• The posting states hybrid work with four onsite days and one remote day.
• It also states Mississauga is hybrid and Kirkland is remote.

Compensation

• Base salary range is $59,550.00 to $73,162.00.
• Bonus, benefits, and other variable compensation are not included in the displayed base-salary range.
