Job Summary

The Bid & Tender Specialist is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, managing bid submissions, registering the company with clients and vendor portals, and supporting prequalification activities to expand business opportunities and maintain compliance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities from government and private sector platforms.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit bid and tender documentation within deadlines.
  • Register and maintain company profiles on client vendor portals and supplier databases.
  • Manage vendor registration and prequalification processes with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect required technical, commercial, and legal documents.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of company credentials, certificates, licenses, and supporting documents.
  • Track tender status, submission deadlines, and awarded opportunities.
  • Respond to client requests related to vendor registration, prequalification, and tender participation.
  • Maintain records of submitted bids, registrations, and business opportunities.
  • Support business development activities by identifying potential clients and procurement opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tendering, bid management, vendor registration, or prequalification.
  • Familiarity with government and private procurement platforms.
  • Strong document management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
