The role requires strong Power BI, SAP BI tools, database, and reporting expertise.
Reporting and data responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical reports, MIS dashboards, and data visualizations in Power BI to meet business requirements.
- Perform data modeling, including schema design, attributes, facts, and hierarchies.
- Develop application objects such as metrics, filters, groups, and consolidations.
- Manage report scheduling and distribution, and tune report performance.
Administration and security
- Administer Power BI through user and group management, role-based access control, and object-level permissions.
- Maintain an organized security model with appropriate segregation of roles and responsibilities.
Required expertise
- Strong expertise in Power BI and SAP BI tools, with database and reporting knowledge.
- Power BI Fabric expertise is mandatory, in addition to on-premises tool knowledge.
- Strong SQL knowledge is mandatory.
- SAP BusinessObjects experience is mandatory, including awareness of administration and migration approaches.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
