Software Engineer role focused on TIBCO application support and enterprise integration.

Required technical skills
- Strong cloud-technology expertise and hands-on OpenShift experience.
- Proven TIBCO support experience, including upgrades; middleware implementation or support using TIBCO Service Bus and related technologies.
- CI/CD pipeline management and implementation, automation tools, and integration-flow design.
- Application management, business integration, microservices, and distributed enterprise applications.
- Experience with service specifications and performance tuning.
Experience and additional qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of experience.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP is highly recommended.
- Knowledge of application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace is preferred.
Role focus
- Support and upgrade TIBCO applications and middleware.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and automation; design integration flows and service specifications.
- Support enterprise application and business integration and tune performance.
