Bartender

We’re looking for a high-energy, friendly, and dependable Bartenders to deliver exceptional beverage service and create memorable guest experiences at The Brook. In this role, you’ll prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engage with guests, process transactions, and maintain a clean, organized bar environment. From crafting cocktails to providing outstanding hospitality, you’ll play a key role in keeping the energy high and the experience unforgettable.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency

Take drink orders, process POS transactions, and provide outstanding guest service

Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar station throughout your shift

Verify guest age and comply with all federal, state, and company alcohol service policies

Assist cocktail servers and support beverage operations during busy periods

Recommend beverages and answer guest questions about menu offerings

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and gaming regulations

Must be at least 21 years old

Minimum 6 months of bartending experience required

High-energy, friendly, upbeat, personable, and dependable attitude

Full weekend availability and flexibility throughout the week

Knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, beer, wine, and bar equipment

Strong communication, guest service, and organizational skills

TIPS, TEAMS, or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and serve multiple guests efficiently

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

$4.00 per hour plus tips
