Bartender

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• · Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and guest preferences .
• · Set up the bar for each shift, ensuring all products, garnishes, glassware, and equipment are stocked and ready .
• · Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the bar at all times .
• · Engage with guests, offering recommendations, upselling premium products, and accommodating special requests .
• · Support the Bar Manager in training and mentoring junior bar staff and bar backs as needed .
• · Maintain accurate records of sales, stock usage, and wastage; assist with inventory management and ordering .
• · Ensure compliance with licensing laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol .
• · Collaborate with the F&B and culinary teams to develop new cocktails, seasonal menus, and beverage pairings .
• · Perform all reasonable tasks designated by the Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager, or management team .

QUALIFICATIONS

• Essential:
• · Previous experience as a bartender in a luxury restaurant, hotel, or high-end bar
• · Good command of English, both spoken and written
• · Immaculate personal presentation
• · Strong knowledge of beverage service and mixology
• · Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards .
• · Excellent interpersonal skills
• · Reliable timekeeping and punctuality
