The Bartender will craft premium cocktails reflecting Mediterranean cuisine and deliver elite guest service.
The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve innovative cocktails and classic beverages using established recipes and presentation standards.
- Deliver engaging, attentive, and personalized service to guests at the bar.
- Maintain knowledge of the beverage menu, spirits, flavor profiles, and food pairing recommendations.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and compliant with local health and safety regulations.
- Manage bar inventory, track wastage, and assist with ordering supplies.
Requirements
- Proven bartending experience in a high-volume luxury restaurant or cocktail lounge.
- Deep knowledge of alcohol, mixology techniques, premium spirits, and wines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of English; Arabic speakers are an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
