Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, iced drinks, and other beverages.
- Take customer orders and operate the POS and counter; run food and drinks to tables.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service and support the service team during busy periods.
- Keep the coffee station, counter, and front-of-house areas clean and organized.
- Assist with opening and closing duties; monitor stock and restock front-of-house supplies.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional barista experience and previous restaurant or café experience.
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, grinder adjustment, milk steaming, and coffee equipment.
- Comfortable multitasking across barista, counter, food-running, and general front-of-house duties.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills; reliable, organized, and able to take initiative.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and commute reliably to Expo Village, Dubai.
