Role overview
Seeking an experienced, friendly, and reliable Barista / Front of House Team Member.
This hands-on, multitasking role includes coffee preparation and broader front-of-house responsibilities throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, iced drinks, and other beverages.
- Take customer orders and operate the POS and counter.
- Run food and drinks to tables and provide friendly, attentive customer service.
- Keep the coffee station, counter, and front-of-house areas clean and organized.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Help monitor front-of-house inventory and stock levels; restock beverages, cups, takeaway supplies, and other items.
- Support the service team during busy periods and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional barista experience.
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, grinder adjustment, milk steaming, and coffee equipment.
- Previous restaurant or café experience.
- Comfortable multitasking across barista, counter, food-running, and general front-of-house responsibilities.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills.
- Reliable, organized, able to take initiative, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Able to commute reliably to Expo Village, Dubai.
