Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes.
- Welcome customers, take orders, and answer menu-related questions.
- Safely operate coffee machines and other beverage preparation equipment.
- Process customer payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain clean, organized counters, equipment, and customer areas.
- Monitor ingredient and supply levels and report shortages.
Qualifications
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Interest in coffee preparation and beverage service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good hygiene practices and attention to detail.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred.
