The employer seeks a professional, customer-focused airport staff member to assist passengers and support routine airport operations.
The role requires following safety procedures and working effectively with passengers and airport personnel.
Key responsibilities
- Assist passengers with general inquiries, directions, and airport facilities.
- Support check-in, boarding, queue management, and other assigned operational activities.
- Guide passengers to counters, departure gates, and service areas.
- Coordinate with airport teams to support smooth passenger movement.
- Provide additional guidance to passengers who need support.
- Follow safety, security, and customer service procedures and report operational concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional and courteous passenger service.
- Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
- Strong teamwork, punctuality, and time-management skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Relevant aviation or customer service training is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airport operations is preferred.
