- ***Role Summary:***
- The Banking Products Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and growing relationships with retail and corporate clients by offering appropriate banking products and solutions.
- The role focuses on understanding client needs, promoting products like credit cards, loans, savings accounts, and investment options, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
- ***Key Responsibilities:***
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Promote and sell Credit Cards / Auto Loans to customers.
- Conduct financial needs analysis and provide customized banking solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on client queries and requests.
- Maintain accurate client records in the banking CRM system.
- Meet individual and branch sales/relationship targets.
- Stay updated on product offerings, policies, and market trends.
- ***Requirements:***
- **Age:** 20 to 35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in retail or corporate banking, preferably in product sales or relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of banking products and regulations.
- Clear credit history.
