Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to join First Solution Management Services, a trusted partner of leading banks in the UAE.
The role involves promoting Credit Cards, while maintaining professionalism and adherence to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, referrals, field visits, and networking.
- Promote and sell **Auto Loans** to customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct product presentations and explain key features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
Requirements
- **Age:** 20 to 35 years.
- **Experience:** Prior experience in banking or financial product sales (UAE or home country) preferred.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
