Baking Chef Trainer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional baking and pastry training sessions for students.
• Teach a variety of baking techniques, including bread, cakes, pastries, desserts, and artisan bakery products.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical demonstrations.
• Assess student performance through practical and theoretical evaluations.
• Ensure all training follows food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor and maintain bakery equipment and training facilities.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and career support to students.
• Stay updated with current baking trends, techniques, and industry standards.
• Assist in organizing workshops, competitions, and culinary events.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certification in Bakery, Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in baking and pastry production.
• Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bakery operations, ingredients, and production techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to train students from diverse backgrounds.
• HACCP or Food Safety Certification is an advantage.
