Admissions Officer

Location:** Dubai, UAE (In-Office)

Key Responsibilities

• **Lead Management & Conversion:** Handle incoming student inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Follow up diligently to convert leads into active student registrations.
• **Telesales & Counseling:** Conduct high-volume outbound calling to prospective students, understand their career goals, and counsel them on the best-fit programs offered by Skillzone.
• **Target Achievement:** Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• **Relationship Building:** Build strong rapport with prospective students and parents, addressing doubts and confidently overcoming objections to close the sale.
• **Data Management:** Accurately maintain and update student records, inquiry logs, and follow-up statuses using MS Excel and CRM tools.

Candidate Requirements (Strictly Enforced)

• **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in **educational counseling, tele-calling, and inside sales**.
• **Core Skills:** Exceptional communication, listening, and **persuasive/convincing skills**. You must know how to guide a conversation toward a successful close.
• **Tech-Savvy:** Strong proficiency in **MS Office (specifically MS Excel and Word)** for daily reporting and tracking.
• **Mindset:** Result-oriented, resilient, and highly motivated by achieving monthly numbers.
