Job Description
- The Bakery Production Helper assists in the daily preparation and manufacturing of baked goods. ensuring that all products meet quality standards before they hit the shelves.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all workstations, mixing bowls, and utensils after each batch.
- Deep cleaning ovens and proofing cabinets according to health safety schedules.
- Disposing of waste and ensuring the floor remains dry and slip-free.
- Unloading ingredient deliveries.
- Labeling and dating all prepared batches for food safety compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Precision in measurements.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-heat, fast-moving environment.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with bakers and packers.
Working Conditions
- **Environment:** Expect high temperatures (near ovens).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,300.00 per month
