Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker, located in Limassol Municipality.
The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, cookies, and pastries, using fresh ingredients and precise recipes.
Daily tasks include following production schedules, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, monitoring baking processes, and ensuring product quality meets high standards.
The Baker will also collaborate with other kitchen staff, manage inventory of baking supplies, and assist in creating new recipes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bakery and Baking processes
- Experience in Food Preparation, including measuring and mixing ingredients accurately
- Specialized skills in preparing Cookies and Bread
- Attention to detail and creativity in crafting high-quality baked goods
- Understanding of food safety regulations and the ability to maintain a clean working environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a bakery or similar environment is preferred
- Culinary certification or relevant training is an advantage
