Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organised Back Office Processor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing sales orders, coordinating with the Sales Team and partner back-office teams, and ensuring timely delivery of services to customers.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify sales orders to ensure all documents meet company standards and agreed requirements.
  • Process sales orders accurately and monitor delivery according to established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and correspondence between the Sales Team and partner back-office teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and resolve order-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all sales orders and customer transactions.
  • Follow up on pending requests and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Support operational efficiency through effective organisation and time management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Telecom industry (UAE).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must hold a valid UAE visa.
