Sales Promoter - B2C

About This Role

Urgently required a B2C Sales Promoter for a Telecom Sales Company, handling their own visa.

Location: Dubai or MUST be willing to relocate

We are looking for a Sales promoter, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating positive impressions with potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting our products and services, driving sales, and interacting with potential customers. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and advertise our products and services to potential clients.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner to create awareness and generate interest.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed information about product features and benefits, fostering up-sell and cross-sell.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction rate, and client loyalty.
• Provide feedback and market insights to the management team to help improve promotional strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals of the sales department.

Experience and Qualification

• Previous sales experience, preferably as a sales promoter in retail or in a customer-facing role (experience in the telecom industry is a plus).
• Strong communication skills in the English language. Arabic is a plus.
• A positive, friendly attitude and a passion for customer interaction and service excellence.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and an eagerness to earn high commissions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in a variety of retail and event-based environments as needed.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,001.00 per month
