Looking for a self-motivated & driven B2B Telecommunication Sales Executive focused on selling telecommunication products and services.
This role involves generating leads, building client relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales deals.
Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting market research, negotiating contracts and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation and Qualification:** Identifying and targeting potential business clients through various methods like cold calling, networking, and market research.
- **Relationship Building:** Establishing and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with business clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- **Sales Presentations and Proposals:** Presenting the value of telecommunication products and services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
- **Negotiation and Closing:** Effectively negotiating sales agreements and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **CRM Management:** Utilizing CRM systems to manage sales activities, track progress, and maintain client information.
- **Market Awareness:** Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Reporting and Analysis:** Tracking sales metrics, analysing performance, and generating regular reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills
- **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:** Clear and effective communication is crucial for building relationships and presenting solutions.
- **Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills:** The ability to negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets is essential.
- **Product Knowledge:** A thorough understanding of telecommunication products and services is necessary to effectively address client needs.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Skills:** Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage leads, track sales, and maintain client data.
- **Business Acumen:** A strong understanding of business principles and the ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- **Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:** The ability to identify and resolve client issues and make data-driven decisions.
- **Self-Motivation and Results-Orientation:** A strong drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- **Preferred:** Female candidate with **Arabic language proficiency**.

- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,001.00 per month
