The employer is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager with a strong background in Saudi Arabia’s F&B and foodservice supply market.
The position requires familiarity with the F&B supply ecosystem rather than general sales experience.
Role activities
- Acquire and activate suppliers, onboard restaurants, and build long-term commercial relationships.
- Build and manage a field sales team and sales pipeline.
- Engage restaurant owners, procurement teams, finance departments, and operations managers.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in the restaurant, café, hotel, or foodservice sector.
- Strong relationships with food suppliers, distributors, and major restaurant groups.
- Solid understanding of the Saudi F&B market and its key decision-makers.
- Knowledge of ordering cycles, credit terms, receivables, and collections.
- Strong knowledge of Riyadh and Eastern Province markets.
- Good Arabic and English communication skills.
- Experience with a technology platform or startup is an advantage.
