Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused B2B Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth by selling accounting, compliance, and tax service packages to corporate clients.

The role combines strong sales execution with strategic B2B partnership development to expand market reach within the UAE.

This position requires independent lead generation, consultative selling, problem-solving capabilities, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Independently generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and business outreach (lead generation to remain a core KPI).
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic B2B partnerships to enhance market presence and revenue opportunities.
  • Sell accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and compliance service packages to SMEs and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients and partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and propose tailored accounting solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals end-to-end.
  • Coordinate with internal accounting, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and execution.
  • Track and manage leads, pipeline, conversions, and revenue performance using CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on UAE accounting regulations, VAT, and corporate tax requirements.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums to generate leads and partnerships.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management (experience in accounting, auditing, consulting, or professional services preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful B2B relationships.
