Job Brief

The Manager – POA (Power of Attorney) is responsible for leading the overall sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience of the POA business function.

The role involves directly managing a team of Sales Consultants, driving revenue growth, ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements, optimizing sales processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Manager will play a key role in developing business strategies, improving team performance, and achieving organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Consultants to achieve revenue, conversion, and service excellence targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize lead conversion opportunities.
  • Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, productivity, and key business metrics to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
  • Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience and timely resolution of escalated issues.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities, referrals, and revenue growth through effective relationship management and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with POA regulations, documentation requirements, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Customer Service and Finance teams to maintain efficient and compliant service delivery.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of overall sales experience in service-based industries.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing and leading sales teams in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in legal services, documentation services, immigration services, business setup, banking services, insurance, financial services, or other consultative service environments is highly preferred.
  • **Candidates whose experience is primarily in SaaS sales will not be considered.**

Non-Negotiable Skills And Must-Haves

  • Strong background in service-based sales with ownership of revenue targets.
  • **Minimum 3 years of team management experience.**
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and drive performance within a sales team.
  • Strong reporting, CRM management, and sales analytics capabilities.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and conversion metrics.
  • Ability to present business performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong operational discipline with attention to process, documentation, and customer experience.
